Engine pinging? Quite unlikely but could it be when turning, power steering activated but some hoses or parts not fixed properly thus causing engine to lean out and ping? Can try when stationary, full lock steering wheel and see if rpm drops and car trembles?

check your drive shaft bro, usually when turning if got sound, most likely the bearing inside chui liao.
but 2yrs old car unlikely leh.
