Running gait biomechanics, same old.

That's why different pairs running shoes different models needed for each run.
Variety in terrain needed.
Knee strengthening exercises.
Upper body strength training and core muscles, these will improve posture and body alignment while running.

The only ultra I did was last year, in Macritchie, the HOKA MR25 Ultra, did 54km for 7hr.

Don't race that frequently but kept on training for maintenance.
Very fit bro! Yup...even when I am able to reach 21 km, I wun want to run this distance every week. At most 10 km and do interval training. Feel that once you run till 7 km, breathing etc becomes consistent and running further actually depends more on core strength.

Aware that knee cap prob may result if run too often on long distances. This is one reason I dun think I want to run that long distance. Anyway seriously, I dun consider myself a 'runner'. More of a jogger.

Thanks for recommendation. From what I gather from the bros here and websites review, seems brooks and asics are often quoted with models for running distance running. Will consider.
