Stuck Food
I recently added some rocks to my crayfish tank to make it look more natural and provide more shelter.
But now, some times the sinking food pallets drop into the holes between the rocks and the crayfish can't reach them. Anyone knows how to workaround this problem? Rocks are much nicer (they provide 'height' to the landscape a well) - would prefer to not return to flat substrate with 1 or 2 artificial shelters. Thanks! |

If you don't what to disturb the scape, try to use a long tweezers to take it out.

how about creating a current in the water?
add a wave maker or a submerged pump to push water around the tank.

Put a small sauce dish on the base..
Then sinking pellet will just fall on the plate |
