Default Blood on sting

Hi
Have a 6' female ray which had a net piece stuck on the sting, have cut it off( 5mm cut off), have some blood coming out from it,but just a very small amount, is it ok, does it hurting the ray?

No issue at all bro. I cut all my rays stings when I wan to bag them. Yes there will be some blood, but nothing to worry abt.
