There is no shop selling cheapest stuffs. You may find each shop has their own cheapest product ...example....Petmart has the cheapest Hi-blows & Biohomme products, Seaview like above bro said is neat and tidy and bigger range + 15% discount on some items (the discount makes it competitive with some lfs), C328 basically most products are price competitive but place is very cramped. Thus, it all depends. Other costs are also involved....time, transport, etc.
