the a/c function room 4hours use can be nego to $200. inclusive of abt 10 round tables and sound systems. buffet catering use theirs. per head $10up. the rest actitvity OTOT.

No need to worry abt tpt, if pp keen and interested, there are many means and ways. Look at harvesting aro at farm, so ulu and early, simi logistic also no problem. The key is ai or mai nia.

We had originally planned to hold a competition together with our Anniversary Celebration this year. However, as there will be a competition in Aquarama and we understand that some Aro breeders are planning to hold one in December this year, there will be one too many if we go ahead with our plan. Therefore, we will not have a competition this year.

We understand that in our past celebrations, many had a good time. However, those who helped out in the organising and logistics may have missed out some fun. Therefore, for 2009, we hope to be able to engage an event company to help with the organising and have spoken to some.

Engaging an event company will certainly cost us some money, but we hope that more members will support the event and all can enjoy the party.

We hope to receive your feedback on previous parties - what was good, what can be improved - especially from those who have personally attended these events. You can also link previous related threads for reference. We also welcome any suggestions that anyone may have. some ideas for all of you to think about - theme, activities, do we want a cake, type of F&B, etc...

The event companies will be checking out this thread to see what our members want before doing a proposal for us. So, please start the ball rolling...

What we are toking is at least a 100 or more or less...no body knows..

To share my own experience with you.....9 years ago when I decided to have my wedding dinner, my wife and myself had so much headache on choosing the venue....why? Things considered were:

1) Location - near MRT bo, near city bo?
2) Ambiance - got class or not, inside got pole to block view bo...
3)Menu - nice food or not, got free beer bo, can bring in dfs xo bo
4) $$$ - fit my budget bo?

We spend so much time cracking our head searching high and low and none fit out citeria.....most cos, near mrt, food not nice..... near mrt, food nice, $$$ too high...

At the end, the conclusion, we can't please everyone, I have attended cousins wedding even at mt faber, Yio chu kang CC...all the ulu ulu place to me....but I still go, cos it't the event that I want to go.

Yes, if want to do, we must do the best, but not forget your best might not be everyone best.

I think the main attraction is, DO we want to be part of the AF ani celebration?
