yup pull in quite a lot of people before deciding to build or not. Structure engineer, developer's project manager, management office and a few others just to confirm that it's safe to build, don't want the building to collapse. Got PE to draw up the plan and endorse plus the developer's letter confirming that I can go ahead and do. The process was quite siong and luckily got friends to help me out, otherwise die straight straight. Quite fun though |

i doubt HDB will approve this. We are talking more than 14tons of water for this pond. Including filter we are talking 18ft length, width 8ft and height 4.5ft, you think they will let you build. Mine already involved so many people
