Private sector give scholarships to anyone is their business.
Public sector scholarships should go to locals. |

I understand why the need to give scholarships to attract the best talents to Singapore. After they graduted, hope they will work in Singapore and best if they took up citizenships and contribute to population.
But there are just TOO MANY OF THEM. This scholarship that scholarship, almost every PRC, Burmese, Viet all on scholarships..... To find back the $ the government invested on these scholarships, they allow those not on scholarship from the same countries to study here on higher fees.... So many people fighting for limited places, like that our childrens study where? Go NTU/NUS/SIM use finger just point, our of 10 times, at least 4 you kena foreign students. SMLJ. |
