i have mine in a 40cm by 25cm by 28cm tank both are past 2inches

bro, the tank seems small for them..... for the moment okie lah.... but if u able to give it a tall tank with lots of branches about the same thickness with the frogs with is good. use a feeding dish... so ur feeder will not run away and drown in the water.

i have a hamster feeding dish in the tank for water. the rest of the tank is dry.

mealworm . my friend actually buy crickets for his aro and the crickets that die will have maggots in them in a while , and soon become flies. that's what he feed them with .
