Default 10 inch Lapradei

Just got myself a 10 inch lap.
Would you guys be able to tell if its wild caught or Captive bred?

Also how long does a 10 inch one grow to about 18 inches?

Based on the shape of its head and its finlet, I would say it's indeed a wild-caught specimen. Very nice pick-up!

bro...I like your Lapradei markings...nice...=)...

looks wild caught and do need to bulk up...=)

I think to grow from 10" to 14" should be ok...but to 18" may takes time...as I notice bichirs from 15" up actually are quite massive...thus they need to gain the mass to grow the length...=)

anyway just regular feeding and wc should help the growth...=)

btw mind sharing where you bought it from ?...=)
