Very tempt to get 2 pc of Altolamprologus to try out.
But worry they really too sensitive to water change. Hoping to comb them with Xeno, shellies & ventralis in 2 ft. If they survive, then i will set-up another 2.5ft tank for Tangan. |

Not all altos react badly to water changes, I admit that some do, the altos just collapse on the ground after a water change. but I have tanks with altos that i perform >50% water change on and add water from the tap, and they do not show any stress at all..
I always believe altos are one of the best candidates for a community tank, they are hardly ever aggressive to other tank mates, and are able to defend themselves from mean tankmates. Im sure you wont regret starting on them Last edited by TaNgS_RuLe; 04-11-2009 at 11:05 PM. |
