Reset of password.

Got a new device and unable to log into AF because I forgotten my current pw.

Tried to send email to admin but fail.

Please advice.

i believe it requires you to remember your current password as well to reset a new password.

you can go under User CP > Control panel > Your Profile > Edit your details

can try from there

Thanks bro. You are correct about the reset of the pw

But My problem is I forgotten the pw hence cannot change pw or login from my new device.

Only able to access when I am at home.
