No need to worry when aro do not eat for few days. It can be related to the tank water parameter. Suggest you do a daily 25% water change for one week without feeding. Start feeding again after one week and monitor your aro feeding habit. If possible continue daily 25% water change for another week and then follow by weekly once 30% water change to maintain a good water parameter. Also don't forget to wash and clean your filter system as well. It is better to use the 25% drain out water from the tank to wash and clean your filters.

Aro not eating for days or weeks is quite normal, not to worry.

Water condition usually the cause. Picture tells a thousand words, at least size, age, etc.. would help to diagnose some common problem.
