Years back in Seoul, I've seen bikes sharing parked properly in docking station and not everywhere they like.

My estate they just park anywhere, where got so many designated areas? Isnt the initial idea just drop it at anywhere?

Nah, too sensitive for me to disclose the details but generally there's something alike referencing to a refund reported in the news

None of those i know get a full refund of what they pay and not use, only what they pay with credit cards that has not gone over to cali.
