Hi like to check with bros here on how they ensure their tigers have got something to eat?

I have 1 big IT and 2 small ITs, and problem is that whenever i throw some mp in, the big IT will snatch all the food... the slower of the smaller IT would not get any food, not even left over... or should i continue to feed until the big IT is full first? But i scare IT dunno their own limit and eat till too full and got problem.

Thanks
