Just as we all feared, and it will haunt OGS for sure.
But all fairness to Sheffield United, they were certainly the better side, and the draw is a fair result

Unexpected 3 goals and 1 point. But Jones should really be sold. Williams didn't play well but scored the first goal.

Ole made a big mistake with his line up with 2 tiny midfielders being overrun in the first half. He should buy a solid midfielder in January. The midfield is too light with McTominay injured.

A big mistake.
Nvr change a winning team. Should defend from the front with the momentum that we had enjoyed and stunned the SW defense.

Replaced Martial with Tuanzebe took out the energy that the team had allowing SW to attack again.

This is exactly why AM looked angry when substituted. And this will be why OGS does not bring out the best in the players with his sub, and this is not the first time

We were playing so well during that period and he had to burst the bubble by taking off martial I mean Sheffield was hanging on for their lives and we looked so capable of thrashing them in those moments If really hav to sub then do it when the opponents are threatening lah not while we are on the ascendency

Williams should have been the player to be sub since he was on yellow card and other then the goal, his game was frankly average.
Whilst we were on the ascendancy, AM was linking up well with MR and to be taken off will definitely deflate his confidence.

Whilst the top teams are winning games in the final minutes, we are losing important points and this is where OGS is seen exposed as a weak manager.

Having said this, we have to be very realistic that at this moment, we are still a mid table team and having to struggle with a side recently promoted from the Championship league is not a sign of top 4, let alone top 6

Very soon we will see if any reinforcement is coming.
Shall be able to know what is the management stance on the decision.

Saw a picture online which seems to show SAF and Woodward having an argument.
Having problems on and off the field.
