redcross help my ray!

i just bought my MM ray two days ago....my ray didnt eat and i see my ray have white kind of spot around below the two eye...and she seem like to flickering and like to rubbing the tank....and she didnt swim up....only swin below.....? can i put anti whitespot? pls help thanks

1st of all, a picture of the ray with the "spots" will help.

2ndly, pls check your water paremeters. Do a 20-30% water change with water conditioner if needed pls.

my ray still didnt eat...i give mp, toman ,GS and sotong she just look only... she like to banging around the glass...and today i saw her let out kind of white2 colour some very long.....what wrong??

wait so your saying your ray hasn't eaten anything since feb 9?

anyway bro, do daily water change of 20% for a few days and see if the white sustain is gone. a pic or 2 would help the experts here to advised and guide you.

the white thing should be the ray coating.. something wrong with your ph water.. check your water parameter.. i think the ray not used to the new environment.. try to feed a bit a bit.. i think when the ray is really hungry, it will whack watever food that comes in..

anyway thanks to all....my mm ray start eating..... only abit shy must swith off the light.....she eat 13-15 GS per day......izzt normal?

Size of ur ray??? my 8" ray eat about the same amount of GS as ur.
