not bad looking but like bro BubbleBubble mentioned, keep in alkaline hard water. it will look even more stunning
and just in case u have not noticed, the second piece is "defective" it is a 7 bar burundi. it should be 6 bar other then that, no major issues.
enjoy your new fronts!

most accurate way is to wait till they are about 4-5inches and above and vent them. the bigger they are, the more accurate venting can be done.
otherwise, base on looks, shape, behaviour and pecking order within the colony, males and females can be differentiated but this takes experience

higher pH of about 8-9 is preferred and recommended. but i have seen people rearing them in pH 7 or as low as 5-6 before.. u will definitely see them in more vibrant colours and more active when placed in higher pH water.

coral chips alone is possible but they take time to raise the pH after each WC.. add salt or not is dependent on your personal routine in maintaining the tank..
simply put, hard water can be used to help maintain high pH. but not everyone uses hard alkaline water to keep tanga fishes.. read up more on water chemistry and decide what method u wana use to maintain your water parameter..
