I confirmed the fish with you at your price and collection was to be on this Saturday.

I received an SMS later that you sold the fish to another person at a higher price.

What's going on? Please explain.

This is the sequence of events.
I called you after you put up the ad and confirm with you that you will sell the Red to me at $1k and I will bag the fish on Sat. This is because you said you are working in the evening on Thursday. There was no mention of deposit at all. I then sent a PM to you as below:

Yesterday, you sent me an SMS at 22:01, and the exact contents are:

"bro my chilli red got a higher offer and has been collected at 5 pm just now so sorry...."

After I posted that you have backed out on the deal without reason, a member sent a PM to me as below:

There are three issues I need to let everyone know.

There was no deposit mentioned in the original deal, but the final buyer mentioned that I couldn't put up the deposit so he onsold it to the final buyer. This is a lie.

Second, the final buyer said he bought the fish at $1k, the same price I was offered the fish, whereas the seller mentioned that he sold the fish to a higher bidder.

Third, since there is an agreement to sell the fish to me, regardless of what price is subsequently offered, the seller should have the decency to come back to me to break the deal.

Anyway, come in and explain. Otherwise, I think the impression left on people's mind is very negative. I won't pursue this case any further.

sorry bro I am not convince to this type of confirmation whereby a buyer refuse to give deposit when requested.

Furthermore I did state in my post FCFS
(First Come cash&carry First Serve).

I don't know what you are talking about. You never requested for a deposit.

Are you going to continue tellings lies? Is this how you conduct yourself?
