You were not really a third party also. Because you were the one that asked me to contact your partner. I also confirmed with you the timing that I was going down. If I have to consider you as a third party, I would not even contact you in the first place. All I asked was to sit down face to face and discuss. But every time I planned, always said "tomorrow". I am also not sure which tomorrow already. Anyway, I just called your partner. He delayed all the appointments before my trip and asked me to hold during my overseas trip. And now, one of the aro got torn fins at tail due to comm. He simply told me how to exchange like that since aro got injury. Put the blame on me again. After that, he is suggesting me now, he can exchange with 3 RTGs (1 male, 2 females) which both sides no need to top up. I asked him whether can show me they are really bonded pair or not, he just told me now they are in the tank. So, he said cannot prove but confirmed pair. =================== Now, I got 2 options. 1. Get the certs from him since he said he already knows the tag and got the certs. Keep these XBs. I would have to tally with the scanner though. 2. Exchange these 2 XBs with 3 RTGs which he claimed confirmed breeding pair but now, cannot prove that they are pair. What should I do, bro Nevin. Last edited by toe_toe7; 27-05-2013 at 02:33 PM. |

Thx for your concern about this case. Actually, none of the party here is trying to lie. Just there may some misunderstanding. Both Bro toe_toe & me are supportive AF members and try to make AF a good platform for fish keeping hobbies. Hope you can understand. Quote:
I make a free time slot to meet you and assist you to settle the problem since my busy period is over. Make friend rather than become enemy, am I right bro? Quote:
How come I am always the one who left behind and then point me as an offender? Last edited by Nevin; 27-05-2013 at 02:58 PM. |

TS,
I feel you should look into this urgently to prevent any more disputes since toe_toe7 had given u the 2 options. 1. Get the certs from him since he said he already knows the tag and got the certs. Keep these XBs. I would have to tally with the scanner though. 2. Exchange these 2 XBs with 3 RTGs which he claimed confirmed breeding pair but now, cannot prove that they are pair. Honestly speaking, buyer wanted a bonded pair and already paid for a premium, ended up it's not. Honesty your so called partner 'A' shouldnt just grab 2 aros and pass off as bonded pair and sold at a premium price, intergity issue. Aros belong to your partner and i strongly believe he will know whether is it a bonded pair anot unless ur partner dun even recognize or know his own stocks well enough? |

IMHO, if sellers wants to sell their bonded pair, think the right way is to catch the pair up from the pond and place in either a tank or fgt for at least 1 to 2 weeks to confirm they are pair and not asking buyers to go view in the pond when they are not even sure which aro is which cos you only view from the top and just catch 2 aros claiming its a pair and ended up sure fight cos already they lost the luxury of the space in the pond. Hope u don't mind me for saying this. Since u already mentioned 'Lets just forgive n forget', u 'unintentionaly' bring out the past incident. Would it be like adding salt to the wound again, don't u agreed? |
