Default Red Ear Slider Terrapins.

Anyone still keeping?
How do you all take care of them here, I have 3 adults. I bring them out to sun everyday.
Would love to see your setups.

Mine swim freely in the pond, not much attention needed.

provide them with a dry area where they can climb out to sun themselves. they'll love it.
other than that, its regular water change and feeding.

feed them a variety of food, I gave mine pellets, prawn meat, prawn shell, dead fish, cut apples, veg.

I only give mine pellets and vegetables since the pellets already have a lot of protein in them

I bring them out to sun everyday. I have 3 8 years old and 2 about 1 year old.
