Default Burning Sensation around lower back

Hi...

I on and off got a burning sensation around my lower back area (seems like around Kidneys region). It has been with me for like 6 month plus...

No matter what kind of oil i use to rub, the burning feeling will come back again.

But it comes and go. Sometime it comes when i am driving (seating) or standing (washing dishes or cooking).

Not sure what kind of symptom is this?

how old are you? above 40?
better go polyclinic to do some test like high blood, sugar and etc...

must start to take care if you want to live up to 80 to carry grand children.

Coming from my own experiences, if u feel unwell or suspect you got any health issues, the wisest thing to do is visit a doctor, never never second guess or self diagnose symptoms thru the net.... You will go crazy with the 101 possibilities of terminal illness and etc... Anxiety and depression will follow

the discomfort is hitting you off and on for 6 months.

yes, it is advisable to get it checked with a medical practitioner.

1. Go google for an anatomy chart of a human body.
2. Locate the quadratus lumborum and piriformis muscles.
3. Get someone or tennis ball and massage the two area for 15 mins twice daily.

Dont sit too long especially with your wallet inside your back pocket.
This creates an uneven pressure when you sit down.
