Default My Young Full Red

Hi, long time no post. Like to share the joy of my babies. Their DOB was 31 August. Started with live bbs, I currently feed them mainly good quality flakes with occasional live daphnia and tubifex. Surprisingly, there has been no casualty since birth, except two which I transferred to my 3ft planted tank and got gobbled by my sparkling gouramis ..Attached pictures were taken last week. This week males' red colour seem to intensify more, almost covering the entire body now..

Good body and tail size, great red coverage at age below 2 months. Very good line, I believe!

Thanks bros for the encouraging words. @jest1081: There are 20+ fries plus the daddy, plus loads of malayan shrimps. I feed many times a day, mainly flakes cos I find using live feeds foul the water easily. Temp about 31 degree celcius. Nothing more. Now I find problem with so many in my 2 feet tank. I have a 3 feet planted tank with lower ph and temp about 29 degree. Do you guys think AFR can do well in it? I saw Colourful's Richard has guppies in his densely planted tank and thought they look great.

To add on: the attached pictures are just a pair I scooped out for photo-taking purpose. There are redder males and fatter female young. I am so happy with this brood, and am grateful to bros here for your advice and guidance. Well, you know who you are
