WTS (Selling) 4ft planted tank set

Hi all,

wanted to sell of my 4ft planted tank set.
i had kind of listed my items/equipments below and tag a reasonable price (my estimate).
I am looking at selling at a set to ease my sale.
Reason: I am moving house soon.
Viewing: Choa Chu Kang Crescent

1) 4ft x 2ft x 2ft tank with white rack (newly painted). condition of tank is really good, except for a small hairline scratch. not obvious. tried taking photo but cant. it take the image behind the glass.

- $80?
2) Atman CF 1200 (think still under warranty) - from NA - $50?
3) 4ft Aqua Zonic light (4 tubes of 55w) - $40?
4) 2ft JEBO light (4tubes of 24w) - $15?
5) 2L CO2 from NA with bubble counter and diffuser (long type) - $35?
6) substrate - at least avg 4-5 cm thick cover 4x2ft base (the brand i forget, its those green or red package from C326). tank is set up in june 2010. so the substrate is still quite new and good condition. see pics for close up. not that loose loose already. - dont know how to quote
7) livestock - at least 100 pieces of avg 2cm (head to tail) cardinal neon mix rummy nose. see pic for colour of cardinal. nice one. but they are too fast for the shutter speed of iphone. sorry for blur image. - big size i know quite good price.
8) at least 4 otto and 1 sae.
9) at least 10 yamato shrimp.
10) 4-5 guppies
11) 1 old fan - free la.

I am looking for $200 for everything - price to sell. cos I am not keen to break up the items and sell separately. transport and mover, arrange by YOU.

Overall view of 4 ft tank set. sorry, dumbbell not included. forget to take out while taking photo. the bottom tier got one plywood which i wrap with white oyama paper. good for putting things.

the plants inside is inclusive. but not the rocks inside. the white glare is due to the low water level. i forget to top up water before taking photo.

CO2 set from NA. can 1 to 1 exchange on the spot

Inclusive of this long type diffuser. can fit 4 bio ball.

The substrate is very new. not those used and loose type.

The rock is not inclusive in the sale.

Some random photo of the fishes. cardinal colour is nice. cardinal and rummy are around 2cm big.

sorry for the slow shutter speed. cos using iphone. can see the colour.

ROCKS not included in sale!
The green cage is trap my yamato inside. cos they cos a lot of damage to my glosso.... about 10 of them at least.

Received few sms-es asking to buying individual items.

I will prefer to sell as a set. Unless after a week still not one wants, then I will consider breaking up my sale. Thanks.
