maybe can go down to Thomson nursery there and choose some potted plants to decor/hide your sump.

Beerman, maybe some Earth-eaters or Cory to start with? For a true bio-tope feel.
Later on when you're more comfortable, you can add in some more fishes which may be more expensive. |

no need go alone, if weekend(likely) , if u going , just post a chat for DW collecting excursion, sure got pple wanna tag along go pick up,
got small axe? sure have pple go one. free DW .... if totally no fish , just to prevent aglae , get some SAE or OTOs let them feast lor. helper to maintain tank, super low bio load. later when add bigger exp fish see how.... |

It don't work this way, not every time u can find a suitable DW in the river. Some time it take weeks or month just to find 1 good one!
