I dun really agree. I had mine for just close to 1yr and it grew from just 6-8inch to the now 12inch. It takes almost anything and even its own kind so I got no choce and sold it to a friend at my cost for that 12inch weeksii.

It all depend on the amount of food they get in the tank to make them grow faster.

It has been through 3 or 4 cycles of de-worming already.

Anchor worms, bichir worms, fungus, DE, lice are cleared.
