Buddy, this is a cichlid setup. May be posted in the wrong section.
Plus Cichlid setup generally don't suit plants so it may be a little difficult for anyone to advise you as to what should be done unless you wanna be poisoned into the Aquascapping hobby 😜

Bro, you can try getting anubias afzelii & bolbitis plants if you are looking to decorate your tank with flora, the above are native to Africa, hence can simulate their biotope.....

On a side note, you may want to consider removing the tilapia buttikoferi, it will outgrow the tank mates soon.....

Need sand.
Get rid of the 'Man Made' stuff.
Get some rocks.
Get a canister filter.

Your only Filtration are from the Internal Filters ?

I suggest changing to a Canister filter and an Internal Air blower to improve water circulation and better facilitate the high bioload coming out from Cichlids.

Remove Plastic Plants & Man-made pots/decorations.

Get a lot more rocks. NATURAL Rocks. Lim Chu Kang area near to Qian Hu has a place that sells them.

Get a lot more gravel sand [I suggest DARK colored sand because IMHO, I think it brings out cichlid colors]

Plants you can consider to have in your tank:

1) Java Fern (Stuff it into your Rocks)

2) Java Moss (Attach it to Your Rocks)

3) Anubias Barteri var. 'Coffefolia'

4) Anubias Barteri var. 'Nana'

5) Cryptocoryne Wendtii [People have had luck with this in High PH waters]

6) Amazon Sword

This list may help you better: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/plants_102.php

A setup I feel may be something you like is here:

Good Luck and May the inspiration be with you
