But does any of the anti-chlorine state what dosage treats what dosage of chlorine and chloromine in the water?

e.g 1 Litre of water have 10 X the amt of chlorine and chloromine but ur anti-chlorine dosage on the label can only get rid of 3X the amt of chlorine and chloromine. Like that the anti-chlorine is useless.
They just suggests generally on dosage per volume of commercial tap water. if you are paranoid, can get those carbon filters that filter off stuffs before it enters ur tank.
