hi,
just to update,so far the SD effluent NO3 after 10days below 20ppm.i'm dripping at 1drip per seconds.i think i takes more time to get zero readings.
anyway,tank nitrate reduce to 24ppm(from 33ppm).
The effluent nitrate start reducing only after the 4th day.pH so far lowest 7.9.went up to 8.1 after hook up effluent to CR yesterday.

no water change since end of October.
stay tuned for zero nitrate!

(nitrate measured using Hach DR2000 spectrophotometer)

wow its been 3 months already but the drop in nitrate not so drastic leh.its only 18.5 in tank and 13.8ppm from denitrator outlet.but still no water change since i put the denitrator 3 months ago.

maybe need to modified to recirculation type.

Are you in the water industry as this instrument is about US$1500 before discount.
