The small leave plant is nana petite. I usually buy mine from Eco Culture, Nature Aquarium and C328.

Thanks. Actually, I didnt on my sponge filter for near to a month le. As the air pump a bit spoil and quite noisy.

Would have been better if the Anubias sp "Golden Heart" on the left could be more lush.

Nope. To make it round, u need to keep it in a tank with strong current such that it would roll around forming a ball shape. If you laid it out as I have done, it may grow thicker but not round.

I have not touch this tank since I set it up 7 months back. It is slow growing but covering up the gaps nicely in my opinion.

It is not an uncommon plant. Eco Culture, Nature Aquarium and Colorful do stock them as well. If u want, u can also ask those LFS selling plants de to bring in for u.

bro... that one is marimo moss ball? u never turn it once a while as it is a whole ball size one ar? how u manage to have a thich shape rather den a ball size shape? thanks

Why would I want to make it a ball shape? The ball shape was formed as in Lake Akan where it was found, the current constantly roll it on and hence all sides are exposed to light and hence a green round algae ball.

By tearing it open and lay it as a foreground, the base which is not exposed to the light would be brownish.
