Question Newbie Question

Hi Guys,

i am new to betta

i got newbie question to ask can just use tap water for betta ?

or can i mix darkwater with tap water only ?

or need to add anything else to the water

Erm... mix with water conditioner will do.

I always age tap water for 48 hrs prior water change with some salt. Hope this help.

it look like not moving stone in one side of my tank

Bro tap water have chlorine in it. Darkwater only soften the water it does not remove the chlorine. And recently the water from the tap very cold, faster use water conditioner and add a little aquarium salt to it.

anyway to solve beacue i don't have water conditioner and how much it cost ?

For now i suggest you wrap it with a cloth and put it in a dark corner tomorrow then go buy a water conditioner. Or borrow from your neighbor.

Water Conditioner price erm... i think $9+ depending on the brand.

water conditioner is a must ... best with aged water n sometimes ktp dark water. Keeps ur bettas healthy...
