Thanks bro.

If its a one time price i am still ok with but Clean is what i really want.

Guess imma have to go camp at various sites and wait for people to sell as i dont got posting rights at any sites.

Anyways what can i do if i really have no choice but to buy first hand?
I need to treat the Live Rocks? How i go about making them clean again?

Default Planning for new Setup, assistance needed

Look out for unsightly growth , sponges , hitchhikers like crabs , mantis shrimps , worms etc . Some reefers like worms some don't lol .

They will die off when cycling and ur tank will be smelly .

Choose those nice shapes rocks and plan a nice rockscape

Soon u will add corals wahaha

How does the Sponges look like? Color? haha
As for the crabs and stuff, do i remove them manually when i cycle the tank?

And when u say they die, will they all die? What if they survive?
And when the tank become smelly, do i WC? or let it cycle?

Coral hmm, will try and resist and see how it goes. HAHA

You can have a look at these two sites for information & pics on hitchhikers:
http://www.reefs.org/hhfaq/photoalbum_view
http://www.chucksaddiction.com/hitchcrabs.html

Most of the organisms on the rock would die during cycling but some will survive. The tank can get smelly during cycling and its alright to leave it alone.

It depends on what you actually find on the rock. There are beneficial critters in there like worms, pods. Generally, I also leave the crabs alone but if they are big, it might be safer to remove them as they might hunt down fish like firefish that hide in the rockwork at night. Mantis shrimps should be removed as they can hunt your fishes. There is debate on whether bristleworms are safe or not. So far, I leave them alone and yet to encounter issues.

If you choose to remove the bristleworms, please avoid handling them with your bare hands. Its best to use gloves IMO. The spines will come off and prick you and might also stick to cloth nets. It is difficult to remove from your hands afterwards.
