Have not seen this before, looks bad, like it has problem swimming/stabalising itself.

Is it feeding?

I have a bad feeling it's the water perimeters acting up now as your tank is new and you introduce too many fishes too fast. Those weaker fishes will succumb to it and fall sick. Do keep us updated.

that's a lot of fish to have die in 1 week. it does sound like a water quality issue. probably keep an eye on the ammonia and nitrite readings for the next while.

apart from that, any new rocks added or chemicals other than water conditioner being used? algae treatment, ph raising chemicals, that kind of thing.

All rocks are added same time as sand which is around 3 weeks ago. Ph I last measure is good. Algae my tank is free.

Those that die do not dancing they just don't eat and swim with one bladder then very emo, few days later then die.

Prob have to monitor the situation for a while. Keep a close eye on the water parameters. I don't think there's any need to medicate the whole tank. If you want to treat any fish better to move them to a quarantine tank.

But I wouldn't add any other fish to that tank for a while.

Hope everything works out well.

Cheers
