For DIY co2, u gotta wait for a while before the mixture starts to form Co2. And for it to form enough Co2 (pressure) for it to be diffuse out in to the tank.

more yeast = more co2 produced but shorter lifespan of mixture and vice versa so you need to play around with the ratio to get the "correct" recipe that works. never use glass bottles... the pressure can be great enough to burst the bottle. soft drink bottles are built to handle this pressure so it's a very good choice. |

ok think i will be considering the tank type as wat i knoe from the auntie at C328 she was saying the naturafin CO2 price is increasing.BTW i seemy diffuser there is white thing forming up seem like mould like tat ...

take out the diffusor, turn it upside down and "knock" out the water lor. then attach the air tubing to the diffusor before putting back into the tank. the pressure build up by the diy should be enough to "push" through the ceramic. you can also use those normal airstones. |
