Program
18 June 2011 Bench in 4pm to 6pm Registrar will write the last 5 digits of the tag on a masking tape with a marker and stick it on the bag of the aro. Referees will introduce Aros to tank & record. Participants must leave comp area after Benching In. No Photography/Videography 19 June 2011 8.45am ~ Briefing to Judges 9am ~ Group photo of Judges & Show Committee 9am to 11am ~ Judging 11.15am ~ MC will welcome ev'body & President's speech 11.30am ~ President invite Judges/Guests for lunch 11.40am ~ MC invite members for lunch 12.30pm ~ Alvin Koh will confirm the winners or call for a review 1pm ~ Prize presentation & Mementos by President 1.30pm ~ Group photos President, Show Chairman, Judges & Winners 2pm to 4pm ~ Return of Certs (no other date or time will be entertained). 5pm to 6pm ~ Bench Out (Or any earlier time ordered by the President) Photos/Video taking of Aros will only be allowed after judging. Nobody will be allowed in the comp area before judging.

Benching In
________________________________________ Procedure 1. The Participant will hv to produce their IC for verification. 2. Registrar will scan the aro 3. The participant will verify the aro & tag with the registrar. 4. When the Registrar accepts that the aro is in good condition, both the participant & registrar will sign on the form & the Aro is accepted. 5. Participants will not be allowed to know which tank his/her aro is allocated & must leave the competition area. 6. Registrar will write the last 5 digits of the tag on the bag of the aro with a marker. 7. Aro will then be handed over to the Referee to allocate a tank. 8. Referee will record the tag & tank the Aro is housed.

They will be shown the tank where their aro is housed & bag their own fish. 3. Aro will be scanned & verified by both participant & registrar. 4. Both participant & registrar will sign on the form when ev'thing is proper. 5. Participants may use the O2 tank to fill if they wish. 6. All participants must bring their own fish bags & rubber bands etc...

Rules & Regulation
Security and welfare of the fish will be taken care of during the entire competition. However, the Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or mortality of the fish due to natural causes or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the Competition is postponed or shortened due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for the loss sustained by the participant, directly or indirectly, attributed by the elements of nature, orders and directives imposed by any government authority. All Arowana shall be brought to the competition venue on 18 June 2011 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Late arrival will not be accepted. Judging will commence on 19 June 2011 from 9.00am to 11.00am. Once the fish are accepted and displayed at the competition, participants are not allowed to feed and/or tamper with the water, equipment/accessories and remove any fish from the tanks unless prior approval has been obtained from the Organiser. All participants shall collect their fish from the venue on 19 June 2011 from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Organiser shall not be responsible for any fish not collected after the specified date and time. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges. The decision of the judges shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. During judging, the competition area will be out of bounds to all.
