Default Rescaping 3ft tank

heres some updates on tank, after exams so spend a few days on this.. kindly comment! thanks

temperature ~26degrees
Ph~ 7.2

Plants :
Fissiden fontanus
downoi
HC
Java Fern
Tennulles
Spiky moss
Taiwan Moss
flame moss
Some crptys
Water sprite
small quantity of riccia
Cabomba
some unidentified ones.. (help mi identify if u can =D)

Some HC starting to creep..

Some of the unidentified plants look like non aquatic species.

The dark green solitary plant on the left (behind the driftwood) looks like a Dracaena species.

The solitary ones on the right (behind the US Fissidens) looks like Dieffenbachia species.

The mentioned plants cannot survive in submersed conditions and will rot. If you can take a bigger picture of the mentioned plants, I will be able to ID it better.

Default updates!

plants bubbling under high lights and the plants seems very healthy. I think thanks to Mr aqua root ferts, the HCs are also bubbling and starting to grow new shoots.

ill take some pics soon to ask for help IDing some plants..

If these are indeed the ID I think they are, they won't be "doing well" for too long.
