VEP has always been there. no restrictions to vehicles, regardless of registered or not registered, u need to pay to enter JB.

VEP needs to put on windshield, detect by RFLP one. I haven't got one yet for my car. Will they turn me back to Sg if I drive in without VEP?

I think you're confused with the device they use to put their touch and go card tat's similar (but more advanced) to our cashcard reader.

The RFID tag, could be similar to our HDB Parking disc, a decal like tag, so we can paste on our windscreen or somewhere that it can be detected.

Till their JPJ finalize everything, right now they are encouraging us to register our vehicles early.

no they will not... VEP will not be implemented till further notice.

The government agency stated that the VEP rollout is still in its testing stage, in order to ensure stability before full implementation.

It also emphasised that currently, it does not impose any restrictions on vehicles entering Malaysia without a registration permit or VEP, whether they’re registered in Singapore or other countries.
