What is the difference between Indon PBB and KPBB?
Also, would like to tap on fellow experts here to tell if this piece looks like Kamihata PBB. Pictures are found on the previous page. |

Yep. It did come with a kamihata cert. But what I'm more concerned with is whether I'm paying for the real deal.
I roughly know how to tell if its a pbb, but is this one of kamihata standard? |

It isn't a Kamihata by the look of it. (trust me I have a pretty fair knowledge of them!) As for the fin count, here I have marked the fin lets that I would not count as final finlet count. Due to the fact they pretty clearly look joined to the caudal finlets. Compare it here to my old Kamihata PBB: The above piece has 18 finlets, the 18th being half joined to the caudal. This is how it is counted. Your 16th finlet appears to be the half joined to caudal fin. |

There is no such thing as Kamihata standard to me. Kamihata is just a branded PBB. We are not getting the best of what Kamihata have to offer here in sg.

Hi tokyogasmask,
I trust your opinions. But I got a kamihata cert that comes with it. So what now? Is this a genuine piece or? |

I would say your Bichir doesn't look like the Kamihata I know of.
Post a picture of the certificate. |
