help... dot algae
Hi,
Need help here. 4ft planted tank ADA soil Metal hallide (on 6 hr a day) Co2 Chiller set temp 26deg Plant HC cuba some red leave plant. Wc one a week 40% Inside cardinal, discus, angel fish ..... Add a twinstar nano (a bit reduce) some people recommend to put 2 nano. My tank algae has green dot algae on the glass. Hair algae on the soil. Please help me to get rid of the algae. Fertilizer is TETRA flora pride, given one a week after wc. Tester using API brand Ammonia, nitrite and nitrade all normal. Phosphate test also normal. I still doesnt wan to give up yet as my HC cuba is starting to crawling and growth well. |

Based on what I see, your light is too strong, you might want to lower your light amount. Or you have to increase your dosage of PO4 (dot algae).
