My tank algae has green dot algae on the glass. Hair algae on the soil.

Please help me to get rid of the algae.

Fertilizer is TETRA flora pride, given one a week after wc.

Tester using API brand

Ammonia, nitrite and nitrade all normal.
Phosphate test also normal.

I still doesnt wan to give up yet as my HC cuba is starting to crawling and growth well.

Based on what I see, your light is too strong, you might want to lower your light amount. Or you have to increase your dosage of PO4 (dot algae).
