Identifying black moscow
Hi all..i am new to guppies so would like to seek advice from bros here on this strain of guppy..
did a search online for black moscow guppies and this is what i found.. pictures (P.S these pictures were not mine, just use for identifying purpose) are the guppies in both pictures consider as black moscow guppies ? The reason i am confuse is because in Picture 1, the guppies have abit of blue strain on the tail and body.. thanks for helping bros |

The guppy in the second photo looks very similar to mine.

The guppy in the second photo was in one of fish tank in my house. I called it wild or grey full black.
By the way, my knowledge is very limited. Please wait for experts to share. |

The strain name is 'Moscow Black'. "Moscow" is one major strain in guppy in term of genetics, it can be seen more from the male body.
'Moscow Black' has a few challenge : - Black color - full coverage in the body - .. It also has the challenge in term of photography, at least for me, it is one of the most difficult strain to take photo. Visually black fish might turn out to be not so black, like showing 'blue color'. Cheers Chiu Quote:
