Default Guppies tail not recovering

Hi, I have 2 guppies in my 50 gallon tank with torn tails and they are not recovering. These are the surviving feeder guppies which I used them to cycle my new tank in office. They have been like that for more than 1 month and they are eating well and play with other guppies too. I have seen my other guppies getting their tails torn but they recover the next day.

Water parameters are good: No ammonia no nitrite and low nitrate. Water change around 20% weekly.

Is it safe for me to cut of the entire tail and let it regrow? Or is there any methods to recover their tails?

Hahaha good idea. Can enhance their tails and fins and make them fancy guppies
