Copper pipe cutter can cut but SS fittings like bend are very expensive and u need a special cramp to cramp them together. Most hardware shop sell compression fittings to use together with SS pipes. BUT compression fitting are make of copper. May not be advisable for aquaruim usage.

Use uPVC pipes and fittings is still the best for aquarium usages.

Very interesting!
To join SS pipe with uPVC pipe. Must heat uPVC pipe and seal with silicon. Must not touch it till complete dry. U can also us water hose as joint between SS pipe and uPVC pipe. uPVC 90Deg Bend will be to big for SS pipes. U must not buy the compression fittings (make of copper). Unless it is 100% SS fittings. (very expensive). And if the hardware shopkeeper hv the cramp, and willing to cramp it for u for free.
