Default Another one of our TS Red papa brooding in tank...

Hi all,

Here is another of our quality TS Red papa currently brooding in tank. Check the black brooding pouch and his lovely finnage. Loving his long pectoral fins

We will have him brood for as long as he can (typically through to free swimming fry).

Enjoy,
Terry

Hi Simon - sure we can work on arranging a visit in the near future (when time permits). Quite a bit of activity keeping us really busy

On the last pic - it is not food but rather some left over "junk" from the pond water transfer to the fish tank. The duration of tank brooding generally varies on the brooders "temperament/willness" - we try to keep as long as required (a few weeks). It takes quite a bjt more effort to ensure the timing works well vs typical harvest approach.

Hope that helps and all the best in your red breeding effort.

Cheers,
Terry
