I noticed the price of pahang MSW varies alot between places....
Some of you posted $12/$13 per kg but when I called up my usual stall, he told me very expensive (above $20/kg).

Most ex I eaten this season is $18-20... actually lots of diff grades of MSW, even have 皇中王 loosely translated as king of MSW.
Don't need be confused, just eat what you feel comfortable paying, but really have slight difference in taste

I second what you said, me also first and only time nia patroning durian seng from sembawang

Last weekend I bought 1 msw from the durian stall beside TPY library to try. $18/kg. Very nice really, better than red prawn and phoenix! Too bad, very ex. Got another they say 'old tree' or 'lau shu' better than msw. $20/kg!.
