It’s a nice game. Klopp has been changing formations and rotating players. I wonder what’s the most effective 11 and formation. Good result and well done

Liverpool defender Joe Gomez signs new long-term deal
Liverpool defender Joe Gomez has signed a new five-year contract. The 21-year-old's progress this season has been rewarded with a deal which will keep him at Anfield until the summer of 2024. It's the perfect fillip for Gomez, who is facing around six weeks out after fracturing his leg in last week's Premier League win at Burnley. Reds sporting director Michael Edwards opened discussions with Gomez's agent in October in recognition of his outstanding form this term. He has formed an impressive centre-back partnership with Virgil van Dijk – playing a key role in the best start to a top-flight season in the club's history. Gomez only signed his last contract in January 2017 but Jurgen Klopp felt that the rate of his development since then deserved improved terms. Gomez has clocked up 59 appearances for Liverpool since arriving from Charlton Athletic for an initial fee of £3.5million in the summer of 2015. Having been handed his debut by Brendan Rodgers, Gomez suffered a devastating setback within days of Klopp taking over as he ruptured his ACL playing for England Under-21s. When he was closing in on a return to action a serious Achilles injury put him back on the treatment table. Gomez went 15 months without making a first-team appearance before making his comeback in January 2017. Last season he clocked up 31 games for the Reds but missed out on the Champions League final and the World Cup after undergoing ankle surgery. He worked tirelessly over the summer to regain full fitness and has been a model of consistency in the opening months of this season. |

Alisson Becker is somehow making £65million look like small change. Another massive contribution.
