I would say yes if there is no aggression or competition with adult fish or over feeding that may lead to other water issue.

To me, the best case (for the fries) is by removing the adult fish leaving the fries "untouched" in the main tank i.e. how people raise bettas fries - that would mean you may risk the parents due new water environment or future breeding.

Would it be better if the fries can be raised in the same tank, inside a hatchery box, with the parents, until they reached a certain size like 2inch before they can be in another tank by itself??? or even partitioned the tank by 1/3 for the fries growth out?

Like that, we can still monitor their feeding without jeopardizing the condition of both fries and parents.

Leaving the fries with the parents should be ok in their natural environment, but then, the fries are so precious that we can't even afford to lose even one fry, given that it is difficult for them to pair up, the difficulty for them to spawn and for the fries to survive in captivity.

I did thought of that (using separator) but fries are just too tiny and they still can swim thru those gap.

Nothing wrong with floating box but such arrangement tends to retard the growth rate (based on my experience). This is very critical especially during the initial growth spurt period.

Updates @ Day 141

It have been a while since i last update.
I have transferred the "famous 5" into a much bigger tank. They have grow noticeably and the colour have no doubt shows up much brighter.

My batch 2 came three months later after them from the same parents and they are all doing well together inside. There are some irregularities in the sizing for this batch, however, from the previous batch, they will catch up on the size differences.

No wander others will say that 96 have a wide variation and they are always associate with L160, in terms of coloration and markings...

Famous 5 with batch two.
