Bro, what is your wc regime like?

The main culprit is always water in the tank.

How often do you clear and wash the filter materials?

Hello Streetsmart73.
I think u r so right.
I had changed 15-20% of water and today he looks much better now as pimples reduce to smaller size.

Regarding on yr questions:
I usually change 5-10% water almost everyday or every 2 days and canister filter usually 3-4 weeks once.

Recently, i switch from pellet to live worms which it caused water get dirty easily. This could be the main problem.

Alternatively upgrade to a bigger tank and sump. Bigger water volume and more efficient filter. Base on water parameter u could potentially WC 1x a week. less work.

I use this to do water changes, couldn't find in this side of the world but pretty cheap in the US, like 40 bucks.
