Shifted my compressiceps to a 2ft tank from 1.5ft..Got two pc inside now.Now running on Eheim 2010 pickup internal filter and sponge filter.
the bigger fellow hiding under the cover of the corals.

Nice compressiceps! The body shape is very good.

No idea, but it look similar to the one i recently purchase,which is labelled as "Firefin".

4 to 5-inch comp !!! WOW !!!! thats the grandpa comp !!

The color looks a little off for "firefin" or maybe just not really settled.

non the less, nice fish. any problem with the aggression ?

Yes...smaller comp,incumbent fish, was chase out of the usual hidding place by the new and bigger comp overnight. Still waiting for a chance to take a decent shot of the bigger comp.

Those kiriza and gold head really look good leh.

btw, EC, is there different level of difficulties or requirements in keeping various variant of comp ?

thr's shld'nt be much of a diff bet variants.from what i observed..

Oh.. there is a difference.

Have you kept the kigoma variant before, Young man ?
foreverfrontosa will be able to tell you his experiences with this variant.

Ben,
This particular kigoma variant is very sensitive to water change (chlorine). And most of us who kept this variant before lost quite a few to wc.
Except for the above, most comps generally requires about the same level of care & requirement.
