Maybe you can have a fishing pond. Not necessary a big one and have a big tank at the entrance to showcase the type of fishes that can be caught in the pond and what type of bait to use. This way, people will know what fishes they are targeting for and if the place ia worth fishing or not. For freshwater fishes can pit like toman, catfish, peacock bass etc. Saltwater can put KBL, mangrove jack etc.

think you can apply and get alcohol license. the sales can part subsidise any loss from the fishing pond. but hope drinkers bring along designated driver. safety and enjoyment for all

don't mean to pour cold water but remember the little boy who drowned at the farm mart prawning pond during a CNY reunion dinner ? when you have young children running around , even a longkang fish pond/stream (no matter how shallow you believe to be safe enough) can be an issue . safety precautions is a must . regardless of who is responsible , involved people will feel bad about it should anything bad happen. prevention is really better than cure for this.
