I always feed my apisto fries crushed pellets and bbs. Simplest for me
Very true. Once they settle down. True colors will appear.
Are you still keeping apisto at the moment?

Crushed pellets will do fine. But better to mix with water and stir it first.
As i notice they don't come up to feed. Mostly bottom feeders.
Bbs always a great live food for any fries.

Coming back to rams, any gurus would like to advice...if it's better to separate the adults from the fries?, I think Shirley's ram will give her another spawn soon. I have read there's a food source from CZ Aqua products for fries, have anyone tried that?

Thank you
